What my clients say
“Mayur started a mentorship program for LGBTQ+ youth in the United Kingdom, masterfully managing a team of volunteers and creating meaningful opportunities for dozens of queer youth making their first steps into the tech industry. Mayur’s work ethic, passion, and management skills are almost fully responsible for the program getting off the ground and succeeding. It was a true pleasure to work with someone with exceptional communications skills and a real vision for the program.” – Gary Goldman, Senior Program Director at Out in Tech
“I had the privilege of working alongside Mayur within Enactus Nottingham. Not only did he strive to push the business forward, he proved an excellent team leader in all aspects. From his extensive research that proved incredibly useful, to his genuine kindness and support, Mayur was a pleasure to work alongside.
On numerous occasions Mayur went out of his way to help myself develop as an individual, and his advice was always helpful and advantageous. Additionally, when delegating roles, Mayur personally spoke to each team member to find out their assets and what they wanted to achieve through the project. This I believe helped to create a strong, hardworking team that were all eager to contribute and help develop the business.
I can quite easily say that Beyond Waste would not be where it is now without the leadership of Mayur. He is a lively, driven individual that would make a great asset to any work place.” – Araminta Stoddart, Project Member at Enactus Nottingham
Mayur’s non-judgemental, solution focussed manner meant that I always felt completely comfortable throughout the sessions, safe in the knowledge that he would navigate me towards a positive outcome. And he never let me down!
